Pearl does one thing: the Deep Clean, every visit, whether you book once or every two weeks. A two-bedroom is $325. A three-bedroom is $425. The price is on this page, the checklist is on this page, and your card is charged only after the after photos are in your texts. Long Beach is live now. Irvine, the South Bay, and the Westside open this fall.
Where we work now
Deep house cleaning in Long Beach covers Belmont Shore, Naples, Bluff Park, Alamitos Beach, Downtown, East Village and the rest of the city. Newport Beach and Costa Mesa, Marina del Rey, the South Bay, and Laguna Niguel and Dana Point follow in October and November. If you are outside Long Beach today, text anyway; a $25 travel fee covers most of the two counties.
What we do
Every Pearl visit is a Deep Clean. There is no lighter tier, because the lighter tier is what people complain about. Priced by bedroom and bathroom count, from $250 for a studio to $525 for four bedrooms, the same price whether you book once or every two weeks.
The full checklist: every room dusted and wiped including baseboards, door frames, switches, light fixtures, and ceiling fans; floors vacuumed and mopped under and behind movable furniture; kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, range hood, appliance fronts, inside the microwave, cabinet fronts; bathrooms scrubbed including grout and descaled glass; window sills and tracks.
An empty-home Deep Clean with the insides of every cabinet, drawer, and appliance, for a deposit or a walkthrough. The Deep Clean price for the bedroom count plus $100. Photos of every room when it is done, which is what you send the landlord.
