An empty-home Deep Clean with the inside of every cabinet, drawer, and appliance, for getting a deposit back or passing a walkthrough. It's the Deep Clean price for the bedroom count plus $100. When we're done you get photos of every room, which is exactly what you send the landlord.

At your address, anywhere in Los Angeles and Orange County. Some paint work needs shade and power; we tell you before booking if a job is better done in the coating studio.
Is the price final?
Yes. The price on the service page is the price. Anything beyond the package is quoted by text before it's done, and you say yes or no.
