Move-in / Move-out Clean.
An empty-home Deep Clean with every cabinet, drawer, closet shelf, and appliance cleaned inside, for a deposit return or a fresh start before your furniture arrives. The Deep Clean price for the bedroom count plus $100. Photos of every room and every open cabinet when we're done.
$350 · Four to eight hours
Price.
Prices go by bedrooms and bathrooms. Five or more bedrooms, or over 3,000 square feet, we quote from photos.
What changes the price: bedrooms, bathrooms, and any add-ons you pick. If the home needs decluttering before we can reach the surfaces, we text you about a longer first visit before anyone arrives. Nothing gets added on the day, and a recurring visit costs the same as a one-time one.
Included.
- The full Deep Clean checklist
- Inside all cabinets and drawers
- Inside the oven and fridge
- Closet shelves and rods
- Photos of every room and every open cabinet
Not included.
- Carpet shampoo, wall washing, paint touch-up
- Trash haul-away

Questions.
Will this get my deposit back?
California landlords have 21 days to itemize deductions and cleaning is the most common one. Our photo set of every room and open cabinet is what you send them. We cannot control what a landlord decides, but we make it hard to argue.
Do you do interior windows?
