How it works

Text, price, window, photos, then the charge

  1. Text us what you have and where it is. The home, the package, the cross streets or the basin. No form, no call.
  2. You get the exact price and a two-hour window back. Prices are the ones on this site. Nothing changes on site.
  3. Save a card with Apple Pay or Google Pay. One tap. Nothing is charged.
  4. The pro texts when they are on the way and sends before photos. If anything beyond the package is needed, you get a written price by text first and say yes or no.

Will this get my deposit back?

California landlords have 21 days to itemize deductions and cleaning is the most common one. Our photo set of every room and open cabinet is what you send them. We cannot control what a landlord decides, but we make it hard to argue.

Do you do interior windows?
