What we collect

Your name, mobile number, the service address, access notes you give us, and your booking choices. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see the full card number.

How we use it

To book, dispatch, and complete your job; to text you confirmations, reminders, before-and-after photos, and receipts; and to charge the card you saved after you have approved the photos.

Text messages

By booking you agree to receive text messages from Pearl Home Cleaning about your booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; all the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is not shared with any third party.

Who sees it

The independent professional assigned to your job sees your name, address, access notes, and the work you booked, and nothing else. Stripe processes payments. Quo carries our phone and text service. We do not sell personal information.

Photos

Before and after photos of your car, boat, or home are taken to document the work and are sent to you. We keep them for 14 days for quality and dispute purposes, then delete them, unless you ask us to keep them or use them, in writing.

Access codes

Gate codes and door codes are deleted the day of the job.

Your choices

Text STOP to stop texts. Text or call us to correct or delete your information. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
