The Deep Clean is the whole home cleaned properly by a vetted, insured cleaner who brings their own supplies. $250 for a studio or one-bedroom with one bath, $325 for two bedrooms, $425 for three bedrooms and two baths, $525 for four bedrooms. Same price every visit. Green or fragrance-free products on request.

  • All rooms dusted and wiped: surfaces, fixtures, switches, baseboards, door frames
  • Light fixtures and ceiling fans
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, under and behind movable furniture
  • Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, range hood, outside of appliances, inside the microwave, cabinet fronts
  • Bathrooms: toilet, shower, tub, sink, mirror, floor, grout scrubbed, glass descaled
  • Window sills and tracks
  • Doors and handles
  • Trash emptied and relined, beds made if linens are out

  • Inside the oven (add $40)

Who it is not for

Not for a home that needs organizing or decluttering first. Surfaces have to be reachable to be cleaned. If that is the situation, tell us and we will plan a longer first visit.

How it works

Text, price, window, photos, then the charge

  1. Text us what you have and where it is. The home, the package, the cross streets or the basin. No form, no call.
  2. You get the exact price and a two-hour window back. Prices are the ones on this site. Nothing changes on site.
  3. Save a card with Apple Pay or Google Pay. One tap. Nothing is charged.
  4. The pro texts when they are on the way and sends before photos. If anything beyond the package is needed, you get a written price by text first and say yes or no.
  5. After photos land in your texts. Then, and only then, your card is charged. Not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back at no cost.

About the Deep Clean

Do I need to provide supplies?

No. The cleaner brings everything. Say green or fragrance-free when you book and it is noted on the job.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients leave a key arrangement or a door code by text. We delete codes the day of the job.

How long does it take?

About three hours for a one-bedroom, five to six for a four-bedroom. One cleaner for smaller homes, two for larger.

When is my card charged?

After the after photos of every room are in your texts. If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back.
